Registered Dietician

Pamela is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She completed undergraduate studies in Nutrition Science at Cornell University. After graduating Cornell, Pamela moved to Boston to earn a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science and a Dietetic License through Boston University. Pamela is passionate about practical nutrition and corporate wellness programming. She has worked as a wellness consultant for a Fortune 100 health insurance company, personal dietitian to private clients and is currently the lead Dietitian at Verizon. She leads the Nutrition Program for Verizon’s Health and Wellness Organization which serves more than 100,000 employees worldwide.
 
  • Nutrition Philosophy: Food and nutrition should be celebrated! Consume a predominantly whole foods diet rich with plant based foods, whole grains, lean protein and healthy fats. Seek out the simplest ingredients possible. Savor occasional indulgences and embrace a healthy relationship with food. Each client is treated as an individual; as such, no session looks the same.

In addition to nutrition, Pamela is passionate about yoga. She has been practicing yoga for over twelve years, having explored Vinyasa, Baptiste Power Yoga and Ashtanga. Pamela completed a 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Vida, NYC in 2017. Her classes are invigorating: offering physical challenge plus a nugget of yoga philosophy. Pamela teaches to empower students to live life with enthusiasm and integrity.

Collin McGee is a graduate of Cornell University.  As of 2017, Cornell University ranks No. 14 amongst the world’s universities and according to universities.com, ranks No. 3 in the nation’s Nutritional Sciences programs.  Collin studied Nutrition in Cornell’s pre-dietetics program along with Business. He is also a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach.  Since 2003 Precision Nutrition has been educating, certifying, and counseling elite professionals and organizations to improve their health, wellness, and quality of services.  PN has been featured in the NY Times, Huffington Post, Men’s Health Magazine, Women’s Health Magazine, Time and Livestrong.  They have also advised and consulted with organizations that include Nike, Apple, Titleist, UFC, the Toronto Maple Leafs, the Seattle Seahawks, and the San Antonio Spurs.

 

“If nutrition was only about what foods are “good” and “bad” everyone would be in love with themselves and their progress.  That is not the case.  There is more to the equation than just calories.  You have to truly understand your “nutritional behaviors”.  Why do you binge? Why do you eat a “bad” food even though you know it will hinder your progress?  I want to get to know you personally and understand what defines you and success.  I want to create long-term behaviors that allow you to never view food as “good” or “bad” ever again.  It is about improving everything else around food, one step at a time, to create a long lasting, healthy relationship with food, that becomes a second nature lifestyle.  You will never “diet” again!”
